For the buckwheat:

Peanut oil
Honey
Juice and zest of lime
Chopped ginger

Add water and salt to the buckwheat, and cook for 15 minutes until the buckwheat is ready. Place in a bowl.
Place the buckwheat into a bowl, mix with soy sauce, the peanut oil, the honey, lime zest and juice, and the ginger. While mixing, add thin strips of the cucumber and the green onion. Mix and keep warm while preparing the salmon.
Prepare the sauce. Mix the sake, the rice vinegar, the soy sauce and the ginger in a bowl.
Heat the peanut or sesame seed oil in a large pan on medium heat. Sprinkle the fish with sugar and place on the pan skin down. Fry for 2 or 3 minutes until crisp and golden. Turn over the salmon carefully and cook for 2-3 more minutes until it is caramelized. Take the fish carefully off the pan.
Wipe the pan and pour in the teriyaki sauce. Bring to a boil and cook for 3-5 minutes; the sauce must be reduced by 1/3. Place the salmon in the pan skin up and cook for two minutes.
Serve the salmon with the buckwheat, add the teriyaki sauce in the pan on top.

Add water and salt to the buckwheat, and cook for 10 minutes until the buckwheat is half-ready.
Peel and cube the carrot, the pepper and one onion for the sauce. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan and fry the vegetables for 3-4, stirring occasionally. Add the tomato paste and the broth and cook for 2 more minutes.
Peel and chop the garlic and the remaining onion and add to the ground meat with the buckwheat. Add salt and pepper, and mix.
Form noisettes from the mixture and place them in the sauce. Add the bay leaves and the jeera. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
Serve the noisettes with the tomato sauce.

Soak wood skewers in water and form kebabs. Grill the kebabs in the oven for 7-10 minutes at 200–210°С.
Add water and salt to the buckwheat, and cook for 15 minutes until the buckwheat is ready. Place in a bowl.
Serve the chicken kebab on a flat cake to keep it warm, with buckwheat sprinkled with chopped dill on the side.
